Hank Williams Jr. Proves Family Tradition Still Rocks West Palm Beach

Hank Williams Jr. proved family tradition doesn't fade with time. Rolling into iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre on June 6, Bocephus and his band turned the West Palm Beach amphitheater into a full-throated outlaw country revival. Openers David Lee Murphy and Spencer Hatcher warmed the crowd early, but once Hank Jr. hit the stage, the energy shifted into something rowdier and more electric.

He leaned hard into the catalog that made him a legend, tearing through "Dinosaur," "Outlaw Women" and "There's a Tear in My Beer" with a swagger that hasn't dulled with age. "All My Rowdy Friends (Have Settled Down)" got the whole lawn on its feet, and by the time "Family Tradition" closed the night, the crowd was singing every word back at him.
